Ursprunglig engelsk text
.. I worked with the kids in prison today. They wanted to work on the frustration of being ”Locked Up.” We did one round and lessened the impact. Did a second round and took them to someone they loved after ”Peace.”
THEN, after letting them get a good five seconds of anchored in those good feelings (should have seen the smiles all around with closed eyes!) I said, simply, ”Now think about how it feels to be locked up.”
There was a loud moan from every young man in the room! ”Man!” I dared them to feel as bad as they did before. They laughed and couldn’t find the negative emotions as strongly as before. It was priceless.

Funny, I was just thinking how beneficial this would be for prisoners. Yeah, they’re stuck inside for breaking the law, but they were emotionally damaged very early on (one prison psychiatrist told me he had yet to meet a prisoner who had NOT experienced physical abuse at a young age, from parents).
The opportunity to heal the damage would mean that the rate of recividism (repeat terms of imprisonment) would drop dramatically. And the world sure would be a safer place.
That mirrors my experience too.
I was surprised to see an English comment on this Swedish site (that wasn’t spam! Had LOTS of that!)
I did have the English original text so I suppose you could have seen it in a general Google search.
Have looked into FasterEFT? It’s definitely worth that effort (and it’s not very hard).
